We want GREEN, fresh, citrus, sweet, a hint of floral and then a JE NE SAIS QUOI element that adds a little depth (but nothing too complicated).
There are 11 botanicals in our gin, our citrus is all ORGANIC and our base is PURE.
Minimalism is our maxim at Exhibit A, we see beauty in the pared back, the reductive. Taste and scent are everything.
