Once you’ve placed an order and funds have been processed, we will do our best to get the products you ordered to you as soon as possible. We usually rely on third party couriers to do so.
The delivery service may be overnight or up to 5 days depending on what part of the country you’re in. Please contact us by phone or email if you have not received your order after 3 days.
We will investigate delays by courier services but please bear in mind that delays do occur from time to time and are largely outside of our control.
Your products should be in good condition without defect. This means there should be no moisture or leakage and no cracks, breaks or chips on any bottle.
Please understand that our ceramic bottles are handmade so little variations in glaze are to be expected. Each bottle has a slightly different shaped bottle neck, for example. Tiny pin marks where the bottle has been dipped in glaze are normal and part of a hand-glazed ceramic object.
Corks should be fit for purpose and easy to take out and put back into the bottle neck. Sometimes due to the differing bottle neck sizes the corks can be a little small. Sometimes, being a natural and porous material they may absorb liquid in transit. If a cork is not fit for purpose when you receive it, we will replace the cork and offer a small gin top-up for any inconvenience.
